A casual conversation between your family and our interviewer (or even you) create a genuinely comfortable experience, no matter how camera shy you think they are. Each interview is prepared from a list of questions provided by you or your family members. We’ll add a few in during the interview as the conversation moves along. Our experience in film and documenting, bring the most out of the interview to tell the best story possible.
Professionally Lit & Captured
We’ll create the best scene and setup in whatever area you’d like the interviews captured. It’s all in the details on how we chose to light the area, position furniture, lamps, etc. All these choices help to visually shape the interview and story.

the process & pricing
Scheduling a Project
You can reach out to us via email and we can even jump on a call. Once all your questions are answered and you’re comfortable moving forward, there’s a payment link for a 50% deposit that get’s sent. Once that’s paid we both agree on a filming date and time.
Preparing the Questions
We have a general list of questions that we can use, but we find that family members usually have the best and most unique questions to ask. You can gather questions from you and your family and we can finalize the list together. We recommend no more than 15-20 questions.
Day of Filming
On the day of filming we’ll arrive early to setup and arrange the filming area/set. You can see the time frames below for reference.

Our pricing is straight forward. You’ll find all the details on what you’re getting and what it costs below. We have a few add ons as well based on items our past clients have requested.

How We Edit the Footage
The entire interview captured on camera is included in the final edit. We only remove the questions being asked as well as any other pauses or breaks that don’t involve the story or answers. This leaves you with a smooth edit and a wonderful story being told.
We take the footage and run it through the proper process to adjust colors and lighting for the best looking, cinematic, quality edit.
The final edit is packaged with opening/closing music and titles that tie a perfect visual bow around to the entire project.
The End Result
Rather than a cut up recap or short version, you get the full interview so you don’t miss a single word of what was said. It’s prepared and packed in a way that will remain timeless. This is the interview you can share and keep in your family for generations to come.
